The
congress will take place in the city of Florence, which

Villa Vittoria
(Palazzo Congressi)
is an eighteenth century architectural jewel and its Palazzo
dei Congressi represents the city’s best exhibition
and conference structure. Located a few metres from S.
Maria Novella, the city’s central train station,
within walking distance from the great monuments of Florence,
and providing a comfortable connection to the airport
terminal, Villa Vittoria offers the high standard services
and comforts expected for such a large scale event.
The Palazzo Congressi has 13 rooms from 15 to 1,000 seats
and an open air amphitheatre up to 600 delegates.
The
Palazzo degli Affari
is a 6 storeys multifunctional building with 11 congress
rooms that can host from 50 to 500 delegates (in theatre
style) with a maximum capacity of 1,800 attendees.
